Brownstown Township reported a robust market too, with homes selling for $140,000 for a 1,176-square-foot property up to $280,000 for a 1,257-square-foot home, which highlights the mid-range pricing in the area.
Canton continues to present an attractive market with homes going for prices as high as $785,000 for a spacious 3,471-square-foot residence. A variety of homes showed diverse pricing, with smaller properties also experiencing solid sales starting as low as $136,000.
Dearborn also showcased a wide variety of properties, from a small home sold for $90,000 up to a grand estate fetching $1,000,000. The price range reflects the variety of home styles and sizes in the area, from compact cozy homes to larger family residences.
Detroit’s real estate market remains active with prices starting at a very affordable $10,000 for a fixer-upper to newer properties selling for up to $600,888. This wide range demonstrates the ongoing transformation and diverse opportunities available in the city.
