Northville Tops Wayne County’s Most Expensive Home Sales
Sitting pretty at the top of Wayne County’s most expensive residential real estate sales last week, is a Northville house that fetched a solid $1 million. Yes, you heard it right. A cool million for a Northville residence.
It was a buzzing week in Wayne County real estate with 249 residential property sales recorded. The average hit around $214,119, with the average price per square foot sliding into $152. Interesting apartment hunting, isn’t it?
The week in focus here is July 15 to July 21, and mind you, the mentioned prices are for the properties whose titles were recorded during this week. Some of these properties could have been sold earlier – but if it wasn’t recorded that week, it didn’t make the list!
Curious about the other hot properties that got sold during the same week in Wayne County? Unfortunately, that exclusive list is under wraps. But, rest easy, because here is something to munch on: We’ve got other counties who recorded their high-profile property sales during the week of July 22 to July 28.
From Kalamazoo County to Grand Haven and Spring Lake, from Kent County to Bay County, and all the way to Metro Detroit, they all had some pretty interesting property sales.
Think you have seen it all? Well, the real estate world begs to differ. Wayne County’s 5th most expensive condo sale during the same week, is a property in Midtown that sold for $405,000! Now that’s some serious cheddar!
Real estate is always moving, always changing, and always interesting. Every week there is a new list, a new top seller, and new properties to dream about. So whether you’re house hunting or just dreaming, keep an eye on that market!
