Fourth in line, a 1,940 square-foot detached house on a spacious 3.1-acre lot at 49555 Hanford Road. This 1983-built property was sold for $490,000, and the deal was done on June 27.

5. A Cozy Setting at 40497 Bluesprings Court – $485,000

Finally, a 2,498 square-foot detached house situated at 40497 Bluesprings Court. This home was sold for $485,000. Providing a comfortable living space and resting on a 10,454-square-foot lot, it was constructed in 1997, and the deal was finalized on July 2.
