Plymouth’s Fall Festival Returns for 68th Year of Fun and Festivities
Plymouth, Michigan, is all set to buzz with excitement as it prepares for the annual Fall Festival taking place from September 6-8. A Record-Breaking Attendance
The Fall Festival is in its 68th season and has seen immense growth over the years. Last year’s festival attracted an impressive 85,000 visitors on just one day, setting a record for the city of Plymouth. In a letter in the festival’s program, Gerber stated, “It was the busiest day in the city… We had our very best year last year, and all the nonprofits who depend on this event as their main fundraiser did very well.”

For those who enjoy thrill and excitement, the carnival rides will be open during the festival. They will kick off at 3 p.m. on Friday and start at 11 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Another culinary tradition is the Rotary Club annual Chicken BBQ, taking place on Sunday, September 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (or until sold out) in Kellogg Park. This hearty dinner includes half a chicken, corn-on-the-cob, a roll with butter, bottled water, and a cookie. Presale tickets are available for $17, while tickets at the door will cost $20.
