• Failed to disclose correct odometer information on sold vehicles.

These violations were revealed during an investigation by MDOS after receiving allegations that the dealership was misleading customers into thinking they were buying brand new vehicles, when in fact, they were used!

Not just that, but to avoid a lengthy administrative hearing, the dealership has agreed to an alternative penalty agreement. During this time, they must also participate in dealer training programs for both managers and employees within the next 90 days.
