The local police in Novi, a vibrant city located in Oakland County, are urgently appealing for help in locating a missing elderly man.
85-year-old Walter Christopher has been missing since July 16th. He was last seen on that day, heading southbound on Northland Drive and M-57 in Kent County around 6:13 p.m
Christopher is a resident of Novi and was seen leaving the vicinity of 13 Mile Road and Meadowbrook Road at about 9 a.m. He was last seen driving a blue/silver Ford Edge, bearing the Michigan License Plate – 8168J9.
According to reports, Walter was wearing dark shorts and a print shirt at the time he left his residence on Longfellow Street. Despite the local community and family’s best efforts, he has not returned home since.
Walter is described as being 6’0″ tall and weighing around 180 pounds. The Novi Police Department has asked that should anyone have any information about Walter’s whereabouts, they should get in touch with them at 248-348-7100 or reach out to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up.
