Parks and Facilities

The City of Plymouth and Plymouth Township jointly manage the parks and recreation facilities in the Plymouth, Michigan area. The largest park is the 80-acre Plymouth Township Park, which offers sheltered gathering places, walking paths, children’s playgrounds, a fishing pond, baseball diamonds, and sledding in the winter. 

The City of Plymouth manages Kellogg Park in the downtown area, which features a central plaza and green spaces, as well as other parks like Fairground Park, Garden Club Park, and Starkweather Park. 

The Plymouth Arts & Recreation Complex (PARC) is also run by the City of Plymouth and provides a variety of recreational and arts programming. Overall, the local municipal governments work to maintain a diverse array of outdoor spaces, amenities, and activities for residents and visitors in the Plymouth community.
