2024-25 School Year Calendar Released for Plymouth-Canton Schools

Hey folks in Plymouth-Canton, the wait is over! The 2024-25 school year calendar for Plymouth-Canton Schools is finally out. Let’s take a look at the important dates so you can plan your year ahead.

First things first, the summer vacation is almost coming to an end. The school opens its doors for the students once again on Tuesday, Sept. 3.

Here’s the schedule for the school timings:

  • Elementary : 8:55 a.m. – 4:01 p.m.
  • Middle school : 8:15 a.m. – 3:09 p.m.
  • P-CEP (High School): 7:25 a.m. – 2:21 p.m.
  • Starkweather : 9 a.m. – 2:25 p.m.

  • Start date : Tuesday, Sept. 3.
  • Family-teacher conferences : Nov. 13-14.
  • Professional development day, no school : Oct. 9, Nov. 5 and Mar. 5.
  • Election Day : Tuesday, Nov. 5.
  • Thanksgiving break : Nov. 27-29.
  • First semester tests (grades 9-12) : Jan. 15-17.
  • Winter break : Dec. 23-Jan. 3.
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day, no school : Monday, Jan. 20.
  • Presidents Day, no school: Feb. 17-21.
  • Spring break : Mar. 24-28.
  • Second semester tests (grades 9-12) : June 9.
  • Last day of school: June 9-11.
