Wayne County Faces Troubling Suicides in Jail

Virgil Brown had been awaiting trial for a homicide and attempted homicide case and had been incarcerated since June. Following a violation of his probation, Solomon was remanded to the jail on October 3, and just a week later, his life ended in this distressing manner.
