For them to have three months of healthcare coverage for their employees is amazing,” Bell said.

Harris also mentioned that the comprehensive coverage her team enjoys makes a difference in retaining employees, addressing a common concern among small businesses: high turnover rates. Bell added, “You can’t really get that anywhere else for that, and you have all the coverages that you can’t get.”
